Amazing property and what a marvelous location it is. Though property is not maintained but that's problem of owners. Staff does it's best to satisfy guests. Five stars to their staff which is very less in number but has great sense of hospitality. 1 star to owners who don't spend maintaining such a great place!

The stay ar the welcome heritage fernhills palace ooty was excellent. Right from the welcome to the rooms to the service everything was top notch. I would like to add that make my 訂房網站 never disappoints. However i just have one concern regarding the car and the driver. The driver otherwise was extreme cooperative but did not understand tamil or english and was comfortable only with malayalam. Overall it was a very nice experience, apart from the car and the driver.

The property is located in a very nice place close to all tourist attaractions. The palace turned into a hotel is a must visit. The rooms take you back the kings era, giving you the nostalgic feel. The rooms are well furnished with antique furniture, paintungs and carpets. The hotel is owned by the wadayar group. The thing which i noticed that stands out is that they have not appointed professionally trained staff. But the staff all are very courteous and helpful. They have been retained for over 3 decades each which shows how good the employers are. Over all the property is a must visit to get the royal feel. Great job done by the staff.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were well maintained and all the staff were very friendly.

No hot water in 15°C temperature at ooty, very rusty hotel over all. The location is good but needs some maintenance. Food is ok doesn't have a great menu only basic

Had booked 3 night stay at this place, was allotted bharathpur suite which was very dirty and had to change to kodata suite, the place is mostly deserted and hardly handful of staff managing the property, the palace is lavish but it’s quite spooky as there are hardly people around, you’d get bad vibes pretty much most of the time, not sure if it’s ******* or not but sleep is disturbed and the whole purpose of rest and recoup on a vacation will be disturbed, book and stay at your own will. As the staff is barely there; the hygiene is questionable, cutlery used in dining area were visibly dirty with some weird ingrowths in them or lipstick stains, alcohol isn’t served in premises so it’s by-ob for which the wine glasses used were again dirty, warm water for bathing is limited to few hours in a day. Having said this, if you like isolation and want to live in a grand yesteryears palace this is the place for you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at in ooty, and i must say it was a good experience. I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly smile from the staff. Rooms: the rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Service: the service was very good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

So so, no internet wifi, not worth the rates. Welcome heritage is only for name sake. Property is good but no professional running the hotel

It was good but not up to the mark shortage of staff lacking of quality standards and not worth to paying this much money.

Not great. The hotel, while picturesque, is quite old and dilapidated. There are minimal facilities- the wifi connectivity is barely there, and water will drip in the rooms if it rains. The wall paint is cracked due to seepage.
